Clean room, good coffee, friendly staff, free bikes and perfect possibility for renting scooters (good price and trustworthy)

Amazing place, extremely clean and very peaceful. The guys at the reception were incredibly helpful with everything — from arranging transportation to and from the airport, to renting an ATV and a bicycle, and giving great suggestions on places to visit and how to get there. Their support really made the stay easy and enjoyable.

A little late on this review, but I spent a week at this hotel and was very satisfied. The highlight of my stay was how kind and helpful the front desk staff were especially Nester and Mayumi. Every interaction with them was delightful and they were so helpful with whatever questions we had. The pool area was really nice to relax on and the espresso in the rooms were top notch. I also really liked thr location, very short drive to the beach and walking distance to a lot of food spots. Thank you for an amazing first experience in Tulum!

Beautiful hotel. Small and cosy. Very quite. Staff are amazing, so kind and helpful, they go above and beyond to make sure you are having a great stay. Nice pool. Stores and restaurants all around. 10 min walk from downtown. Free bike rental at the hotel. Also rented a scooter from the hotel. Only thing I didn't like was the beds are abit hard for my liking, I perfer soft beds so just a personal preference.

A little gem indeed! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This place is nice and cozy and has a very calm/quiet vibe and has a very friendly staff. Ness & Romi really took care of us and made our trip special by helping us plan our day/routes throughout Tulum. The rooms are spacious (with free water bottles and coffee) and comfortable. There is an awesome breakfast place right across hotel (Me Latte) which was packed every morning for breakfast. There are ample restaurants, bars around the hotel in walking/biking distance. The hotel also provides free bicycles and also bike rental options of needed. Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay. The hotel is clean and accommodating. Provided great recommendations to eat and local attractions. Jose was wonderful, fun to talk to and a real gem! The only criticism is do not rent scooters onsite. The lady was not pleasant to deal with (kept trying to find fault when scooters are very worn, ie: horn don’t work, zip tie to release seat, etc). Geo down the road was chill with better prices. Overall would stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was nice, spacious and clean and the hotel was just as advertised. The only thing to add is a full length mirror but there were many across the rest of the hotel. The location was perfect. Being a few blocks from Valletta meant it was walkable to bars and restaurants whilst not being affected by the loud music. It was close to most places I wanted to go so using the free bikes they provided or renting a scooter made our stay better. Whilst the road directly outside isn’t fully paved, the development in the area shows it’s only a matter of time before it gets done. The staff here were friendly and very accommodating. From helping to book taxis, renting scooters and providing valuable insights on things to do in the local area, they ensured that our stay in Tulum was one to remember.

Looooved this spot. We walked to shops and restaurants. So charming and rustic. Excellent staff. We enjoyed the pool.
